Content Policy

SwitchLinks is a platform for creators, including adult content creators. Linking to adult platforms is allowed within the rules below. These rules exist to keep visitors, creators, and the platform safe and compliant, including with the policies of the social platforms where creators share their links.

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. We may update it as laws and platform policies change.

Links that lead to adult content are shown to visitors behind an 18+ age verification gate. Links to adult platforms such as OnlyFans are treated as adult links and gated.

Creators must not attempt to bypass, remove, or defeat an age gate, and must not disguise an adult destination behind an innocent-looking link.

Adult content may live behind your links, never on the page itself. Thumbnails, cover images, videos, avatars, and previews must contain:

• No nudity of any kind.
• No sexual acts, real or implied.
• No explicit poses.

Swimwear, lingerie without nudity, fitness, fashion, and flirty but clothed content are all fine. Uploaded images are reviewed by automated moderation and may be rejected or removed.

The following are never allowed, on a page or behind any link on a page:

• Any sexual content involving minors, or content that portrays anyone as a minor. This results in immediate termination and reports to authorities.
• Non-consensual content of any kind, including intimate images shared without consent and hidden-camera material.
• Content promoting prostitution, escort services, or human trafficking.
• Bestiality or content depicting serious harm.
• Sale of illegal drugs, weapons, or other illegal goods and services.
• Malware, phishing pages, scams, or deceptive redirects that take visitors somewhere other than what the link claims.
• Impersonation of another person, brand, or organization.
• Doxxing, harassment, threats, or incitement of violence.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other rights.

Your page must honestly represent who you are and where your links go. Do not use someone else's photos as your own, do not promise content a destination does not have, and do not use link titles that misrepresent the destination.

Most visitors arrive from platforms like Instagram and TikTok, which have their own rules about what a linked page may contain. To protect your reach and everyone else's, keep your page consistent with what you post, keep previews safe for work, and never use cloaking or redirect tricks to show different content to platform reviewers than to visitors.

Depending on severity, we may add an age gate to a link, remove content, hide a page, suspend features, or terminate an account, with or without notice. For content involving minors or other serious illegal activity, we terminate immediately and report to the appropriate authorities.

To report content that violates this policy, email support@switchlinks.ai with the page address and a description of the problem. We review reports promptly.
