Terms of Service

SwitchLinks (switchlinks.ai) is a link-in-bio platform operated by Switch Technologies ("SwitchLinks", "we", "us"). It lets creators build a public page, share links, view analytics about their visitors, and optionally offer an AI voice chat experience.

These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you and Switch Technologies. By creating an account, building a page, or using any part of the service, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Content Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a SwitchLinks account or use the service in any way. SwitchLinks hosts pages that may link to adult content, and the entire platform is restricted to adults.

By using the service you confirm that you are 18 or older, that you can legally enter into this agreement, and that the information you provide is accurate.

You sign in with a third-party identity provider such as Google. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, so keep access to your sign-in method secure.

You may not sell, transfer, or share your account, and you may not create an account on behalf of someone else without their permission.

You keep ownership of everything you upload or write on your page, including photos, videos, bios, and link titles.

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content as needed to run the service, including showing your page to visitors and generating link previews on social platforms.

You are responsible for having the rights to everything on your page. Do not upload content you do not own or have permission to use, and do not link to content that infringes anyone's rights.

All content on SwitchLinks must follow our Content Policy, which is part of these terms.

Links that lead to adult content are shown to visitors behind an 18+ age verification gate. Links to certain adult platforms, such as OnlyFans, are treated as adult links. You must not attempt to bypass, disable, or trick the age gate, and you must not disguise an adult destination as a non-adult link.

Everything visible on your page itself, including thumbnails, cover images, and previews, must be safe for work: no nudity and no explicit sexual content. Swimwear and lingerie without nudity are acceptable.

Some creator pages offer an AI voice chat. The voice and personality are generated by artificial intelligence. You are not speaking with the real creator, and nothing said in an AI chat should be treated as a statement by the creator or by us, or relied on as advice of any kind.

Voice conversations may be recorded and transcribed to provide the feature, to give creators insight into their audience, and to keep the platform safe. See the Privacy Policy for details.

AI chat access may require a paid pass. Prices are shown before you pay.

Payments on SwitchLinks are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

Except where the law requires otherwise, payments for digital access such as voice chat passes are final and non-refundable once the access has been delivered. If something went wrong with a purchase, contact us and we will make it right where reasonable.

SwitchLinks collects analytics about page visits and link clicks, such as approximate location, device type, browser, and traffic source, and shows that information to the creator who owns the page.

Creators can attach their own tracking pixels (for example Meta, TikTok, Snap, or Google Analytics) to their page. Those pixels are controlled by the creator and the pixel provider, not by us.

Outgoing links may be tagged with tracking parameters so creators can see where their traffic comes from.

Creator pages link to third-party sites and services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any linked destination. Visiting a linked site is at your own risk and subject to that site's terms.

• Using the service for anything illegal or to promote illegal activity.
• Uploading or linking to content that violates our Content Policy.
• Scraping, harvesting, or bulk-collecting data from the service without written permission.
• Interfering with the service, probing for vulnerabilities, or circumventing security or access controls, including age gates.
• Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your affiliation with anyone.
• Using the service to send spam or deceptive traffic.

We may remove content, add an age gate to a link, suspend features, or terminate accounts at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe these terms or our Content Policy have been violated, or to protect the service, its users, or the public.

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of analytics, and uninterrupted availability. Analytics figures are estimates and may be affected by bots, blockers, and network conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Switch Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of one hundred US dollars or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You agree to defend and hold harmless Switch Technologies from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these terms or of anyone's rights.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page, and where practical we will give notice through the service. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Switch Technologies is established, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless applicable law gives you the right to a different venue.
